Succesful navigation of Mexico
 

Have just completed our Ride through Mexico from the Tijuana border down Baja, across through Mexico City upto Cancun and down to Belize.
Paper work we required:
Only got pulled over twice in Mexico, the police had only one concern at that was a bribe
- import papers to catch ferry to Topolobampo
-ownership papers and vehicle registration to import the bike
-international drivers licence, didn't contain motorcycle endorsement and wasn't asked for it
-never had to show proof of insurance

Did you need the title to the bike or just a Bank statement saying they held the title and was cleared to enter Mexico and return? Also, did you pay the bribes?
