Third Party insurance cover Turkey, Syria, Jordan
 

Hiya. I'm about to ride from the UK to Petra in Jordan. My insurance cover will become invalid when I get to Turkey. I don't want to ride illegally through there, Syria and Jordan, and my UK insurance broker, Bennetts, tell me that the best way forward is to buy third party cover when I get to those countries. Is this right? And how would I do it? At the border? Any ideas gratefully received.

The advice is correct: buy policies at each border. Don't ride in TR without.

you can find an insurance company in TR at the border when you enter TR via GR border. it is in freeshop building. not hard to find.
