Title transfer of UK registerd bike in South America

Hi!
Does anyone know if it's a problem to transfer ownership of a bike, currently UK registered to an EU citizen. The bike is being sold in South America.
Cheers veryone :)

DVLA only accept UK addresses for vehicles' Registered Keepers.
If your buyer does not have proof of a UK address they will not accept the transfer and you will remain the Registered Keeper and responsible for Road Tax, SORN, Parking Tickets, etc for ever under Continuous Registration.

If selling to a non-UK resident you must inform DVLA of its Permenant Export by sending in Section 11 (purple tear-off slip) of the V5C Registration Certificate.
The Buyer will need the rest of the V5C to register it in his own Country.

Whether the new country needs to inspect the vehicle (i.e. see it in that country) before issuing a new Registration, depends on the local rules.

Thanks Tony!
What about MOT? Is a current certificate needed to register a new owner? The problem is that it run out and can't be renewed here overseas..
