Updated Carnet info for Africa?
 

Is there a more up-to-date list of carnet requirements for Africa somewhere? All the lists I find still claim Senegal requires it but I passed through there in 2015 and no carnet or visa was needed. I have no idea if the other 'hard requirement' countries have changed, and would like to know!

I'd much rather spend some cash on the road, and/or waiting time, than have to bring a carnet with me.. =)
