V5 new keeper slip for Russian visa
 

Hello

I am applying for a Russian Auto Tourism Visa in London. I understand they want the V5 but thats in the post at the moment. I do have the New Keeper Slip (V5C/2)

Does anyone know if this is sufficient to apply for the Visa?
