Visa for Algeria
 

Greetings all,

Apologies for cross-posting. I originally posted this in the Sahara forum, but I thought maybe it would be better in the "Trip Paperwork" forum.

I am in the early stages of planning an overland trip from Australia to the UK via Asia and back via Africa.

I have looked into getting an Algerian visa here in Australia but it seems it is only valid for 90 days from the date of issue. This would mean it would expire before I even get to the UK (I plan to take 3-6months for this leg).

Does anybody know if it is possible for an Australian citizen to apply for an Algerian visa in the UK?

Any other advice/suggestions/ideas greatly appreciated.
