Visa for Niger
 

Where do people normally get their Niger visas from? In Lonely Planet's africa on a shoestring it seems that you cannot get it in Mali, Mauri, Senegal or Morocco, whereas in Chris Scotts Sahara Overland it says that Niger's got embassies in most of those countries.
Does anybody know where to get one in onroute (coming down from spain the atlantic route)

Beware that being Africa things can change.
I also believe there's an embassy in Benin and a consulate in Tamanrasset.
