Hallo Community, Iam trying to solf a big problem, visa stuff for Russia. Can anybody from Germany give some information about it. I will need a BusinessVisa with Double Entry.
First Entry into Russia in Mai.
Last Leaving in September-Oktober.

I will have a wee visit (4 Weeks in July) Mongolia.

Rough Route: Ukraine border crossing Luhans'k - torwards Volgograd -
Samara - UFA - Ekaterinburg - Novosibirsk - Krasnojarsk - Irkutsk -
Ulan-Ude - Mongolei and back - Train from Ulan-Ude bis Chabarovsk -
Vladivostok - Ferry to Japan ....

Does anybody have informations?

Double entry businessvisa for Russia
 

I got a double entry business visa for Russia in 2004. You need a Letter of Invitation for every visa, toerist, business, single entry, double entry. I got mine through Stantours (www.stantours.com). With the LOI you go to a Russian embassy and you will get your visa. I got mine at the Russian embassy in Tashkent in just one day.

I heard the same thing as I plan on entering Russia in May and spending some Time in Mongolia and then re-entering Russia again in July.
StanTours is the agency I've heard is the one to go with and Tashkent is the place to pick it up as well.
If this works, one less thing to worry about!

Why get a double .. might as well get a 1 year multi-entry visa and not put yourself under any time pressures.

Visalink get you the invitation. You then write yourself a business letter saying something like going to Russia to look at investment opportunities.

Train to Khabarovsk??
 

Why the train.? You dont need it anymore.

The road across Russia was finally completed in March 2004. Since then thousands of bikes have gone across - including huge Honda Goldwings.

Its not sealed road all the way, but it is a graded gravel road all the way.

Both of those are from 2004, when the road was just completed. Its been worked on since then and much of the dirt sections will now be paved.
