What Paperwork for Russia, Kazakhstan and mongolia
 

Hi,

What paperwork do I need for myself and bike for being in Russia, Kazakhstan and Mongolia?

I read that you dont need a Carnet for the bike and that at the Russian border they will provide you with bike insurance. You dont need any temp import paperwork? and of course I will need a visa..

But you dont need insurance for Kazakhstan or Mongolia? what paperwork other then Visas do I need for there? Also apparently no carnet required for these two countrys?

All countries you mention require insurance. None require a carnet.
