They just confirmed this by phone. And yes they will ask prove (like plane ticket) that your trip will cover these countries. Basically I was told they make sure you go to Oz /Nz….."

I send them an e-mail about this and they reply me:

Thanks for your email.

Unfortunately the information provided on the Horizons Unlimited
website is now out of date, so please disregard this. There is a provision
for cover for motor cycle riding as long as you are legally licenced to
ride in the country that you are in, to the bike capacity you are
allowed use. You must obey the road rules of that country also. You are not
covered for active participation in any motorsport show, race or
competition.
