One that goes directly to Australia, does not go to some other port and transfer or pick up there .. you want the direct connection. The direct connection will be cheaper and have less chance of damage and being incorrectly loaded. For aircraft there are maps that give this kind of info. For ships - talk to a shipping agent - they can tell you where.
Where in Australia do you want to get to? You want the first port of call in Australia to minimize your costs. That will be Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane .. and possibly a number of smaller sea ports (if ship rather than air) in close proximity to those.
