Bike shipping
 

I am trying to get info on shipping my bike from Cairo to Mumbai India at the end of this year, as of yet I have had no response from the many emails I have sent out to shipping companies in Cairo. So my question to those of you out there is___ is it piratical for me to think I can arrange this when I am actually in Egypt or is it something I should have a plan for before I leave??? I don't really want to plan my trip to the very last detail but getting the bike out is kinda important!! any info would be a great help.
