Bike Transport from Dubai to Bangkok and Singapore to Darwin
 

Hi we are currently planning our trip from Germany to Australia.

We want to go with two SR500 from Germany, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Iran, Dubai fly to Bangkok and then drive to Singapore. Ship do Darwin and than down to Perth.

I inquired with Thai Cargo in Dubai about the cost and they quoted 18000AED which equals around 5000$. That seems very high to me.
Does anybody know a cheaper way or a cheaper freight forwarder.

Would also be interesting if anyone has some info about Singapore Darwin.

You dont want to be taking bikes into Singapore, lots of paperwork hassle, most ship from port Klang, Mal to Oz or fly from Kuala Lumpa
