Crate For Honda Africa Twin in Bangkok

We are heading soon form Singapore towards Bangkok, from there we are going to ship our bike by air to Japan. We will need the crate for our bike. Any advise where to get a good deal? Has anyone air shipped the bike from Bangkok to Japan? Any recommendation for the freight forwarders?

could you succeeded about crating your bike in Bangkok? Can you please send me the contact number or email? I arranged shipping but they cost for crating a lot, so i need make crate separately. Thank you.
