Cross France in one night with your bike!
 

If you are going to South Europe and don't want to ride all the way through France (been there done that, don't want to ride 2 days on highways, can't speak french, and so on...) then this is a great alternative:
Take the night train out of Brussel with the bike on the train. You get a comfy bed and by the next morning you are at 1 hour from the Spanish border.

Two way ticket from Brussels to Narbonne (South France): bike + bed + breakfast + annulation insurance I paid about 320 Euro's.
