lima to europe
 

Hi Folks

Ive arranged the shipping for my bike to chile..... but im spending a couple of months riding up from there to Lima..... how can i get my bike back, Id like to fly it back to the UK is that possible, failing that at least to Frankfurt

Hi there,
Lots of guys took there bikes by plane from Quito\Equador back to Europe for relative little money. I never heard anyone about shipping from Peru....

I shipped from Callao (lima) to the Netherlands with NEdlloyd . Quite easy and costs around 250 US per m3. (was 1990 though). in Netherlands minimum charges only (I think around 30 US or so).
Bike had to be crated , and need of e "agencia de aduanas" was compulsory . Crate went in container with other goods and I could be there when this happend. All quite smooth .
