Ship GS800 Australia to Canada
 

Hi all,

I am looking to move a 2017 BMW GS800 to the USA first to ride around and then permanantly into Canada.

From what i can see, USA seems doable but then taking this bike into Canada seems as though its almost impossible? Everything I have seen is that Canada don't allow imported vehicles from outside the USA unless they're 15 years or older. Can anyone please confirm or let me know their experience?

Hi, I am American so I haven't personally had this challenge but I know many foreigners who bring their bikes over and have ridden up to Alaska. Now, these are temporary imports and not permanent like you want. That might be the difference in the rules. I could see Canada having this rule for permanent import.
