Shipping 2 bikes from Cameroon to the Netherlands???
We are traveling on two twentyfive Yamaha Teneres true Africa, but unfortunatly Anne fell and broke her leg. At the moment we are in Cameroon and are looking for a way to ship our bikes back to the Netherlands. Has anybody good advises about shipping? Its difficult for us to sort things out since the internet is really slow and all the time disconnected. Has anyone experience with shipping from Cameroon?
Thanks, Anne and Reinier |
I know I shouldn't clog up your thread but my heart goes out to you, however I know you're looking at this as an experience
Take care of that leg and since your connection is bad I would be willing to browse and try to find an answer to any specific questions that you may have. Or follow up any lead so to speak, but other than that my knowledge of Africa is zilch Take care |
Hi u2!
How bad is it?? Is it badly broken (couple of times?) Maybe store the bikes for a couple of weeks and start again when its heald?? Where in Cameron are you? When you really need to ship.. the port for Grimaldi Lines in Cameron is Douala. I don't know if you can get your bike on the ship without booking a place for yourself.
