Shipping a bike from Alaska to Eastern Russia
Hi guys,
Been trawling through previous threads for days now and couldn't find any relevant up to date info on this particular route. Next year we'll be riding from Ushuaia to Anchorage then, in June crossing to Russia. Anyone shipped a bike (and themselves) from Anchorage to Magadan? Direct doesn't seem to be an option - so be it - but how about via Vladivostok, Korea or Japan? Air transport is generally preferred. We'd rather not have to backtrack to Vancouver or Seattle, but maybe there's no other way? Any advice greatly appreciated!!:thumbup1: |
Hope to see some replies and suggestions to your question too, as I'd like to ride my bike from the Mid-Atlantic to Alaska and then ship it to either Japan or Russia in the least costly and mostly efficient way...

Thanks Lowrider1263, for the detailed contact info. I'll definitely follow up with them. :thumbup1:
Looks like Air Canada is also a viable option. They have information on their website about shipping motorcycles and I've seen them mentioned elsewhere on the HUBB. |
