shipping from London to US
 

I'm looking for a shipper to airfreight my bike from London to the US. Any recommendations?

You will probably be able to save a lot of money by riding to Amsterdam or Paris and shipping out of there to either Toronto or Montreal in Canada. London is a very expensive airport to have to deal with, and there are good bargains available on cargo lift to Canada from the continent.
