Shipping Mexico to South America
 

Howdy All,
new member here, USA citizen living in Mexico (permanent resident( with BMW G650GS registered and plated in Mexico.

Looking to ship by air or sea to either Buenos Aires or Valparaíso;
By ship can do it from ports on.gulf or pacific..By air from either Guadalajara (where I am) or Mexico City.
ANY recent experience or suggestions!???

Since nobody else has chimed in yet, will give the default suggestion: you need to find widebody flights with no stopovers, and contact that airline's cargo department. They will either handle it themselves or point you towards a freight forwarder they deal with.

Aeromexico flies 787s directly from Mexico City to Buenos Aires, so start at https://amcargo.aeromexico.com/. There is also a BA-based company called Dakar Motos that should at least give you good advice on paperwork etc.

Both Aeromexico and LATAM fly directly MEX to SCL.
There are also direct flights to Lima in Peru.
