Shipping out of Tashkent or Almaty
Im getting nowhere so far asking for shipping quotes to move my motorcycle from these two cities back to Seattle or Vancouver. I need to make sure I can get my bike out before I go in
Anybody have any experience flying out of these places? |
No personal experience, but this guy
Bike Shipment | "A Piece For You" | Thomas Lehmen used a company called Global Link. Probably this company: Globalink – is an international freight forwarding and project logistics management company that handles the movement of cargo via sea, land & air on a global scale. Try to contact them and see if they will send to the USA. |

http://www.horizonsunlimited.com/hub...t-europe-46006 I shipped my bike from Tashkent to Amsterdam back in 2010 with the use of a local freight forwarder. Probably made things a lot easier dealing with the paperwork involved. I can not remember their name right, I am not at home to look it up. I can get it for you in a couple of weeks if you are interested. See also http://www.advrider.com/forums/showt...=568261&page=7 post 196 for my adventure getting my bike shipped out. KP |
I got a price from Globalink. $9,000 :( and 70 days to truck it to Hamburg and ship to Seattle.
That's out of my budget. Anybody else have an idea? |
