Spain to Palma ferry, Bike plus me !

I just wondered if anyone knew about the ferry crossing to Palma, from Denia or Barcelona, I have googled it, but keep coming up with dead links, is it something i should book before i go ? or just turn up ?

Was thinking mid May time, anyhow, any advice would be mucho appreciated ! Thanks
