Transporting bike through China?
 

Hi all,

I was wondering if it's possible to have your bike transported by truck or train from Kyrgystan/Tadzikistan, through China, to Pakistan/India. The idea is to avoid the hassle (costs!) of riding your bike in China and to avoid a detour all the way around Afghanistan.

Does anyone have experience with this? If it's possible, how much would it be and how does it work?
