Oops time. I have lost address of a company that air freights from Manchester UK to USA. Looked on google, but lots of names the same, and any I mail seem to be the wrong one. Someone had a good experience on this site using them. I thought the company was James Air Freight but seems not.
If no luck there, any other first hand experiences of getting there. Have about 5 weeks to sort it out.

James Cargo Manchester speak to Julie you will need to do a search for their numbers, they just shipped my bike to Thailand 100% service and delivered less tham 3 days:D
