Yucatan to Cuba
Has anyone out there any experience with shiping a bike from Yucatan over to Cuba. I'll be over that way in the fall after the copper canyon meeting i'd li9ke to ride around Cuba for a bit. Its not far and I'm wondering if there might be a ferry or something? Anyway any info would be great. Thanks........Wayne:thumbup1:

Seem to recall that a few years ago Tom Grenon of Yukon adventures and Baja tours wrote about organizing some sort of KLR tour from Yucatan to Cuba but I never did see a follow -up report and didn't research it . This may be a lead of interest for you to explore

Last I read....
Unless it's changed, the import duties are very prohibitive for importing a bike to Cuba. There is no ferry. |
