Poor fuels quality (Asia) with Triumph T100 EFI 2012
 

Hi everybody,

having a Bonneville T100 2012 EFI, and planning a trip to Asia, how would behave an EFI engine of the T100 with the bad quality fuels (or low octane anyway) available after Turkey (Central Asia, Russia, Asia, middle east )? Do I need to plan using the (boring ) additives, or the EFI engine would run anyway without problem as the carburettor ones use to do? Thanks in advance for any suggestion.

Hey man. I don't have advice to this, but I'm looking to do a similar trip on a bonneville too. Have you done this trip and how did your bonnie fare with the fuel? Also, did you have issues getting fuel with the stations far from each other, especially around Central Russia like the Stans and Mongolia?
