Carnet/border crossing database
 

Hey Grant and Susan,
After seeing what seems like hundreds of "Do I need a carnet for country X, Y and Z" questions on the Bulletin Board, it seems like a great help would be a page that listed which countries require carnets, what type they require if so, and other border crossing formailites like insurance, wait times, nationality issues, etc that people might want to know.

I thought I saw a page where someone did this long ago, but I can't seem to find it now. It would be nice to break it down by continent, then list individual countries.

I'd be more than happy to do some of the HTML framework and send it oer.
