changing your own details
 

I sure it´s somewhere obvious, but tried looking and searching and failed. My email is out of date for instance. Where can you change your own user details?
I know it´ll be obvious, but be kind !

Right below the post new topic button is one marked profile.

Click on this and you can change your information.
