Bike Insurance in Africa
 

On our uk registered bike we are travelling from South Africa to Namibia, Botswana and back to South Africa. I have found it difficult to find what vehicle insurance we need and how we obtain cover. any help would be greatly appreciated !

You buy legally-required insurance at each border (in some countries it's provided by the government and funded out of taxes). This what we've done in Africa.

If you want comprehensive insurance it's expensive and tough to find. I'm sure others will make suggestions.
