Entering Vietnam
 

Asking for a friend who is seeking information on entering Vietnam from Cambodia on a Thai Registered Bike (he is English, resident in Thailand with Thai bike licence and is the owner of the bike - CRF250) - anyone know if there are cc restrictions ?
