Just officially joined this site, after a few years reading as a guest. It looks to me, that this is where you can always find information on a destination, from someone who been there - done that.

I travel by four wheels instead of a motorbike, but it is the trip and the travel experiences that matter to me. Other sites that I was on turned more towards the gear to own and the vehicles to modify - don't care too much about that.

I primarily travel with my wife, thus the vehicle is set up for two occupants and lot's of camera gear. Choise of vehicle is a little unuseual - a Mercedes GD290, but it works very well for us.

So far it's only been shorter trips of 3-5 weeks at the time. But with a plan for longer ones in the future. We been to Iceland 6 times, various european trips and offcourse Norway and Sweden.
