hi to all of you in this special travelling community ...

driving a suzuki DL650 V-strom (2004) and depending on my time to start alone and away from the family i've travelled simply round here in germany and some neighbour-countries like poland and the czech republic ...

starting to travel with my motorcycle at the adult age of 50 i'm interested in informations, advices and experiences all around this passion ...

I have spent a lot of years in Germany, I was stationed in Osnabrück for a long time. The motorcycling in Germany is great
Riding around the Osnabrück, Ibbenburen and Tecklenburg area is great.

Also Bavaria is superb riding, Obersalzberg, Berchtesgarden, Garmisch-Partenkirchen and Sonthofen.
Then moving along the northern road of Lake Konstanz
The B500 in the Black Forest is also great riding

... indeed, germany has very different and beautiful landscapes, not far away from each other ... i live about 80 kilometers in the south of Osnabrück, my brother lives in Westerkappeln - and so the Münsterland and some areas of the Teutoburger Wald like you read are my favorites of nearby-areas too ...
