Hi Everyone

Sorry I've just spotted this introduction section as I am a pretty much useless at this sort of thing :oops2: I am an expat living in South Africa but working in the Uk for the next 18 months. After years of begging, my beautiful wife has just given the ok to ride back overland. Plans routes and bikes will change during the planning stage(and probably the trip) but that's part of it isn't it.

Any and all help and advice will be very much appreciated guys thanks.

Welcome to the pot of knowledge. As a novice i would recommend the HUBB UK
meeting and listen and talk to people who have done it got the T-shirt and are more than happy to share their exsperinces with likeminded people. over a beer
