Old newbie looking to travel
 

Hi everyone

have been (road) biking for many years with a few trips to Europe, but want to plan a big trip in 2016 so just starting to plan things, looking for a suitable bike and someone to ride with!!!

would love to ride some of the Himalayas, so thinking of going via the Arctic circle and ending up at my friends in Southern Australia. Crazy? let me know what you think, or if you have a suitable bike you no longer need!
