Finding a air freighting agent in Kathmandu is simple, there's loads of them. The problem will be finding an airline which will take your bike. When we flew from Kathmandu to Bangkok, only Thai Air took anything as big as a bike.
I guess your best bet is to find out which airlines fly Kathmandu to London and then phone them and find out if they will take bikes.
Check out the cost too - it probably won't be that cheap.
