arunachal pradesh, india, wirth foreign vehicle?
 

hi,
has anyone been to arunachal pradesh with a foreign registered vehicle?
i just wanted to get the special permit for me from an agency and they dont know if i can enter wirh my car from europe.
i have a carnet de passages.

I don't think it should be an issue to enter with a foreign vehicle. What is more cumbersome however is to obtain the RAP(restricted area permit ) so If your agency is able to obtain these, I don't see you having any problems.

Arunachal Pradesh is beautiful and should be worth the trouble of getting the permits.
