Best place to buy a motorbike to travel around India/Nepal/Burma/Bangladesh/Bhutan?
 

Im looking to travel around the countries of India Nepal Burma Bangladesh Bhutan.

What would be the best place to purchase a bike that would allow me to ride through these countries with the least amount of paperwork hassles?

Any advice is appreciated!

When crossing Nepal and India we met serveral riders, who bought the bikes in a "semi-legal" way over there. All said, that it is impossible to get out of these two countries with the bikes.

Furthermore for Buthan and Myanmar you have massive restrictions anyway. You need to go in a groop, lead by a tour agent. You have to apply long before through the tour agency etc.

You are confusing Nepal with India. Whilst it is virtually impossible for a tourist to take an Indian bike out of India (except into Nepal), it is absolutely possible to do so with a Nepal bike. It is a time consuming process and the bike will likely cost 3x it's Indian equivalent, but nonetheless, it is perfectly doable, I've done it !!

Royal enfield would be perfect choice to travel Nepal, it would cost 4500USD. But if you have less budget then go for pulsar bikes it would cost 2000 USD.
