Buying a bike in China
 

I am in Vietnam crossing into China in about a week. I am looking to purchase a bike. I need a bike with plates and registration so I was hoping for a contact from somebody who can either sell me one or assist in the process. I was thinking I would purchase in Nanning, China but am flexible on that. Any help is greatly appreciated.
