I have heard it is very expensive to travel through China, I intend on travelling by Land Rover, can anyone offer an advice.

I want to travel through Russia, Mongolia, China and then on down to Malaysia.

Is there any other route I could take to get to Malaysia rather than travelling though Pakistan / India or the route suggested above?

Any advice / suggestions would be appreciated.
