ferry Turkmenbashi (TM) - Baku (AZ)

Anybody know something about the ferry across the Caspian Sea from Turkmenbashi (Turkmenistan) to Baku (Azerbaijan)? I mean timetable, reliability, possible limitations for motorcycle or western travellers, etc..
