Importing an Enfield in the UK
 

Any info on the above would be appreciated. For instance, does anyone know what modifications (if any) are needed for an Enfield to comply with the Whole vehicle testingrules in force since late last year?

Hi Jonathan,

You need to change the exhaust, tyres and light lenses to make an Enfield comply with EU law. Have a look at www.royalenfield.com, there are some links to UK sites and dealers who might be able to give you more information.

Are you thinking of buying one in India/Nepal and riding it back?
