Harley actually build bikes here now along with KTM, Benelli and I think Triumph so they are expensive but not as much as you think.
I passed a group of 4 or 5 Harleys going the other way in Goa yesterday, I am not sure they noticed me on my little Honda 150 going the other way. :mchappy:
