Long term parking in India

I’m hoping to park my bike in India for 2-3 months in autumn this year while I want to leave the country without it and continue my trip later on. Is this possible?

Yes I have done it. The only thing you need to know is that you must have a CDP that is valid for the duration of course BUT the amount of time you can leave the bike follows the duration you have remaining on your tourist visa.
