Dear friends
We are now in India after crossing Myanmar, full story about our memorable trip through Myanmar on our website 2globetrotters - ga met ons mee op wereldreis. (dutch, but button for English)
With thanks to Mr Tin and his staff for the well organized trip. We got a guiding car plus flashlight sometimes sirene and passed customs, toll gates and roadblocks sometimes saluted (!) by the working officers.

It took us 9 days and it was a month to short for the beauty of the country with this friendly people. After the exhausting journey where we have driven some large days (f.e. one day of 10/11 hours off-road!) we now are in Imphal where we are preparing the next trip, this time to Bhutan. Bye the way, we did not need any permits to enter Manipur, but met a lot of road-blocks and the car was checked twice by the military.
