Very concerned about this as my visa application is currently submitted. Hope it doesn't get rejected because of this :/

In the hope that I still get my visa; is there any information available on how we can apply for an NOC?

I assume this will be the region I will need to traverse when entering from China

That's a great news they finally had some common sense in them.
