G'Day,
anybody has been recently on the two Tibetan Highways going from Xining/Golmud to Lhasa and Chengdu to Lhasa. Furthermore looking for feedback regarding the "highway #318" or roads between Lhasa / Xigaze (Shigatse) and Tingri (Dzong)? Tingri (Dzong) is located very near the Mt.Everest Starting Point for Climbers called Rongbuk (the road/track stops there..).
