USA registered bike, no CDP

Hi, all. I´d like to know if there is any way of getting an USA registered bike into Asia (Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand) and India without CDP.

Most of the countries do not need CDP, but some of them, which are on my way, do, so I have a problem.
