wagah border open on 15th August?

This Monday, 15th August, is the Independence Day in India. So, holiday in India.
Do you think the Wagah border between Pak and India will be closed that day?

I wanted to cross the border tomorrow, too. I checked the opening times and there it says, that it should be open.
