What are my options India Overland 3 months...

Hi guys 'n girls ... need a little help...


The wife and I are planning a extended trip to India, we plan on 3 months and tour the country.. Normally I would take the bike but this time we would like to take more luggage, laptops and cameras.. and after 5 bike holidays the wife is asking for something different...

We've travelled Rajasthan with a driver which was great for 2 weeks but not a few months... we can fly the bike out and be restricted with luggage / buy / rent a bike there... I don't fancy trains and backpacking... anyone know of vehicles to rent ? ideally a camper or hippy van ... maybe a old ambassador ... any travellers looking for a break and fancy renting out their wheels ...

Its for the first months in 2011 so plenty of time to find the right transport...
